St Mary’s Vacation Bible School needs YOU!!!

July 11 – 15, 2011             9:00 am – 12:30 pm

 Please consider spending a wonderful week
sharing fun activities and God’s word with our youth.

Please rate the top three positions that you would be interested in, with 1 being your first choice and 3 being your last choice. 

 Volunteers are needed as:

 _____ Lead Counselors to work with a group of kids from the same age group, taking them from activity to activity.  They support those running the activities and helping them communicate God’s word to the children every day.  Volunteers must be 14 years or older. 

 _____ Junior Counselors will work with Lead Counselors and help with the children in the group as needed.  Volunteers must be 13 years or older. 

_____ Recreation Helpers to work with the Recreation Coordinator to guide the children in physical activities and games.  Volunteers must be 13 years or older.

_____ Craft Helpers to assist the Craft Coordinator and small groups while reinforcing the day’s lesson through crafts.  Volunteers must be 13 years or older. 

_____ Music Helpers to assist the large group in learning Vacation Bible School songs.  VOLUNTEERS WILL USED FOR THE MORNING SESSION AND THE CLOSING SESSION.  Volunteers must be 13 years and may also register for another position since there will not be a music rotation. 

_____ Snack Helpers to prepare and distribute snacks and drinks.  Volunteers must be 13 years or older.

Lead Counselors and Junior Counselors are required to attend a training session on one of these two dates.  Please circle which you will attend.
